Voluntary surrender
Eligible products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Opened, used, or unsealed cosmetic products are excluded from voluntary returns.
Report a return
Please register the return before shipping via info@mayuranaturals.ch or the contact form. After review, you will receive the return address and further instructions. In case of a voluntary return, you bear the return shipping costs and the transport risk.
Damaged or wrongly delivered
Please report damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products as soon as possible. To do so, send us your order number, a short description, and suitable photos of the product and packaging. In the event of a justified complaint, we will cover the necessary return costs or offer a suitable return option.
